Instructor	As a driving instructor, you will be in charge to provide a high quality and enjoyable training to your students. You will be in charge of performing student orientation and must contribute to driving lectures. Your salary will have a fix component and a variable directly related to your students satisfaction and the quality of your performance. An evaluation grade will be calculated every month and a motivating bonus will be given for excellent performance.	Excellent presentation and communication skills Have a professional driving license and a clean driving history Customer satisfaction oriented and positive attitude Understand the importance of a proper driving training for safety Willingness to work in a flexible schedule NC2 TESDA certified is a plus.
Clerk /Administrator	As a clerk/administrator, your role is to manage the operations within the office you were assigned to. You will be assigned in either Bacolod or Silay office and will be managing the staffs, handling and filing company documents, transactions, and engaging with the customers. You will be in charge of the implementation and follow up of company policies, conduct staffs meetings and facilitate lectures. Your salary will have a fix component and a variable based on the P&L (of the office where you’re assigned) and a regular performance reviews.	Must be a graduate of any business related course One or two years experience on business administration Must understand the legal procedures Excellent in Microsoft Excel Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
Auto Mechanic	As an auto mechanic you will be in charge of the car maintenance and reparations. Your responsibilities are to ensure the cleanliness of the cars and make sure they’re in good working condition. Your salary will have a fix component and a variable directly related to the conditions of the cars. An evaluation will be conducted every month and a motivating bonus will be given for an excellent score.	Must have a good experience in car reparations including car painting and car deep cleaning. Excellent in all aspects of car maintenance Must be accurate and keen to details Willingness to work in a flexible schedule
